Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM CST to qualify for next-day delivery.)
Shipping times are estimated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on the delivery location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount, which will be indicated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services in your region. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once the shipment reaches their destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Reckless Ambition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
